Data minimization

Do not submit passwords, controller access credentials, private keys, confidential customer content or personal data unrelated to the project. Remove sensitive values from screenshots and configuration exports before sharing them.

Retention and disclosure

Inquiry records may be retained for the period needed to answer the request, document project correspondence and meet legal obligations. Information may be shared with service providers or project participants only when needed for those purposes and subject to appropriate controls.
